Haggis Burgers

My haggis burgers 

Ingredients

 

Rolls (optional)

1 Haggis

1 packet of 100% Scottish lean mince

1 Scottish free range egg

Red onion (optional)

 

 

Recipe

  • Put the mince in a bowl

  • Crack an egg over the mince

  • Add red onions (optional)

  • Hand mix together and roll into burger shaped patties

  • Fry with oil until browned

  • Fry bacon at the same time (optional)

  • Put haggis in microwave for 1 1/2 mins- 2 mins

  • Serve on a fresh roll with mayonnaise and lettuce

  • Spread the haggis on top of the burger
