My haggis burgers
Ingredients
Rolls (optional)
1 Haggis
1 packet of 100% Scottish lean mince
1 Scottish free range egg
Red onion (optional)
Recipe

Put the mince in a bowl

Crack an egg over the mince
-
Add red onions (optional)

Hand mix together and roll into burger shaped patties
-
Fry with oil until browned
-
Fry bacon at the same time (optional)
-
Put haggis in microwave for 1 1/2 mins- 2 mins
-
Serve on a fresh roll with mayonnaise and lettuce
-
Spread the haggis on top of the burger
